Support groups for moms in Central MA in search of connection, community, and confidence.

Empowering you to survive and thrive in early motherhood

Mother practicing mindfulness - Supported Mom Initiative

You deserve a motherhood experience that fills you up instead of swallows you whole.

So many things about pregnancy and early motherhood are focused on your baby—from childbirth prep and breastfeeding classes to story time and playground meetups. Meanwhile, you're left to adjust to a new identity and shifting family dynamics, often with far less support than you imagined.

You aren't alone if you're feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure how to ask for help. And you deserve to do something for YOU.

The Supported Mom Initiative’s in-person, intimate moms groups connect you with other Central MA moms who are in the exact same phase of motherhood you’re in.

At our Grafton, MA meetings, you'll find a safe space to feel seen, heard, and validated as a new mom. We don’t just hang out and laugh (although we do that, too!). We tackle topics like communication, self-compassion, and sleep using a curriculum developed by the co-founders of NAPS™, two moms who spent over a decade as labor and delivery nurses.

Finally, a mom support group that acts like that mythical village everyone told you about.

  • Come As You Are

It's okay to need help, and we welcome you with compassion on the good days and the hard days. No need to put on a happy face—or even a clean shirt—we're just glad you're here!

There’s no magic formula for anything in parenting. Each Supported Mom village offers a judgment-free zone where you can ditch the mom guilt and build your confidence.

Sometimes you'll feel like you’re failing. Other times you'll be overwhelmed with gratitude and joy. Both are normal, and we're here to vent, celebrate, and move forward together.

“I'm so happy I took time for myself to take Tina's first Working Moms Support Group. This is what every mother needs - a space to vent, discuss parenting issues, collect and share resources without any judgement. If Tina had her groups running when my child was a newborn it would have been such a support line!”
