You’ve prepared for birth and maybe even learned infant CPR. Now it’s time to ready yourself for the realities of new motherhood. Meet other local expecting mamas and learn realistic strategies to help you care for your body, mind, and relationships through pregnancy and postpartum.

Survival Troop 2.0
For second- or third-time moms with babies 0–6 months old
You’ve been through this before, but it's a brand new ballgame when you have another child (or two!) at home. There is even less time to attend to your own needs, and mom guilt is at an all-time high. Consider this your refresher and a chance to troubleshoot challenges among fellow second- or third-time moms who understand.

For moms with kids 5 and under who are juggling parenting and other work
Whether you are just returning to the office or you’ve been balancing motherhood and another job for a while, you know it can be a recipe for overwhelm. Get some “you time” while connecting with other working moms. You’ll explore new perspectives and strategies to help you manage competing demands and find a way to put your personal development on the agenda while you’re at it.
